I think I'm having the same issue. I got a pink ELPH 100 HS on the 19th, and when I try to submit the rebate, it won't go through. Really bummed was going to use the $25 to get an SD card.

Best deal on this in my opinion is to get the Canon 300HS, and use a 20% in-store one item coupon in the same transaction. Final price $120 + tax - $25 Staples gift card.

I've complained to Canon about this multiple times. They need to start factory sealing the boxes, either with a thin piece of tape over the flap or a complete shrinkwrap.
