I generally pay $10 - $15 for 3 packs. Usually Calvin Klein at TJ Maxx. But at this cheap they definitely seem worth a try.

I found them back by the electronics and the shoes. They were in the middle isle in a 4 sided cardboard display. They also had 4 packs of FOL tag-less boxer briefs at the same price.
