Also, for the packs (i.e Civ4, Stronghold) I don't see keys in the "my games" page. I do see civ5's key though. Is there any way to get the keys for the 4 pack and also stronghold?

Stay in the proper difficulty (i.e. easy for lower levels) and people won't give you crap. Just don't join a game that is on the higher difficulties and you should be fine. Or if you can find...

you dont need the dlc's to play with other people. your only unable to host the maps and difficulty lvl (nightmare) that are in the dlc's that you dont have.
