Amazon does not Ship everywhere, and if you factor in taxes its not that much more, for us unfortunate people who have to pay taxes on Amazon purchases :(

I used to use plastic jungle a lot,
but now I sell them on eBay (3-day listings)
Depending on the card, I can usually get very close to face value (sometimes people even pay more than face value!)...

FWIW, I've never had a problem with Plastic Jungle.
I've sold seven cards to them in the past year and a half with values between $25 and $98 each.
