Yeah, the store in Natick is closed. There is another store in Arizona that may have closed as well. Its too bad, I definitely like their products and scents better than The Body Shop or B&BW.

Should be free shipping no minimum... it takes an $8 discount at checkout when added. Worked on all of my attempts.
