Hmm am thinking of getting a 27" monitor and this sounds like a great deal. Not sure if I should wait for an LED model.

1920x1200 FTW! Get 2! VGA, DVI, and HDMI. Plus built in crappy speakers but better than nothing.

Just picked up the Hanns-G, hopefully its a huge upgrade to my 22" monitor. Am I going to see a huge difference?

If you order both monitors with one order, it might apply the discount to both (at least it did for me on the 28" Hanns-G)

I currently have 3 28" HANNS-G HH281's about a foot and a half from my face. As far as I'm concerned there's no such thing as too big. However my computer use is for multitasking and design, not...

You'll be fine! Enjoy! (And I hope you have the video card/s to run this setup!) I will more than double your size. This thing is a monster. An increase in diagonal size increases square...

A 22" monitor is only approximately 19.x by 15.x inches. This 27.5" is 25.7 by 20.6 inches. So, the 22" gives you about 285 sq.in. The 27.5" gives 529. Again, these numbers include the bezel and...

Just a couple of cons, it's a Hanns-G brand (not real high quality), no LED backlighting, and only 3 ms for response time. I would rather pay for an IPS for a smaller screen size with a better brand,...

This is a lengthy response, but it hopefully shows that it's not necessarily that simple. Perhaps the problem with the custom color mode not working properly has been addressed with a firmware...

Get cables with ferrite chokes and use cables that meet the specs. Some cables, especially long ones, may not meet the specifications for the cable type.
