Maybe.
If you go to the actual manufacturer website and watch the video of it being used, there is a lot of random splatter. They warn you against use at less then 25 yds.

That's a pretty interesting target but the angles on it makes me think it could create a higher chance of sketchy ricochets out of the thousands of opportunities over time to send something back at...

Shot myself before with a 380 richochet off bulletproof glass. Didn't even leave a mark, but it's not pleasant. (The 50S&W we were shooting didn't richochet, though).
