You should alwayzz go for the branded product.Non-branded is a bit cheaper but they do nopt offer quality or guarantee.

In terms of customer service, you're probably going to have the same success rate with all of the companies. Both LG and Samsung have horrible customer service records for consumer electronics...

In this case go with name brand as a TV is not cheap ($200 for decent size TV) and a "semi" - long term investment. I would recommend you go with Samsung before considering a LG, I would not...
