Just verified, I have never gotten the 27% discount on anything other than the base price (Lines 1 and 2). Line 3 has been the full $19.99 since I switched to Sprint in Sept 2010.

Perhaps that is true where you live but coverage differs everywhere you go. TMO doesn't even have a store locally where i live. They use ATTs network. There is no discount with TMO that i am aware...
