I have a VERY high tolerance for any of these energy drink/foods so almost none of them give me a boost. These really didn't do anything for me and they do not taste very good. Check the FRS...

Thanks, picked up a pack of the orange flavor. The reviews sound alright. Don't eat a whole package in one setting though. Take one 1/2 an hour before exercise or one every 4 hours during the day....

I'll pass....5 Hour Energy says no jitters and it made me feel sick and jittery.

The first three ingredients are two forms of sugar and refined oil, as seen here. Clearly the "healthy" in the name is a marketing gimmick.
