Covers can vary from region to region, so that's not always the best way to distinguish them. But, I can tell you this...it'll be in the RP that doesn't have the Unilever (Dove, Vaseline, etc)...

I think that the weekly $4eb may be different from the monthly $4eb. I'm not sure which Advil counts for which though.

I think s/he is going by the rumor that was circulating last week that they were going to change the limit to 2. That obviously was just a rumor and was never changed.
