I'm pretty sure it can be whitened without doing that though, with regular whitening. I don't think you HAVE to get it internally bleached. not sure. know a lot of people with front teeth root...

By one application, I meant 1...then 10 minutes another. Then repeat in the morning. I don't think its really two applications per session, probably just trying to layer it on I guess
