Doubt it. When FFXIII came out, it was only a matter of weeks before everyone was selling it for $40. I have a feeling FFXIII-2 is going to be no different.

It's not a horrible deal, but being stuck with GS credit is like trading chickens and cows, which I'm not interested in. For those who frequent GS, sure it's fine.

You can do it. The main storyline was pretty short. I finished it in around 35hours and I took time to CP farm and do a couple side quests.
