Absolutely! It is only their agent that is restricted from contacting you if you have an agent, and that is just a nicety and no legal restriction.

Ya, most realtor agreements are only for 6 months to a year. I would read yours and make sure you are out of the timeframe agreed to. If you never signed anything then you can do whatever you want.
