I have had one for years. They do a good job. I make a small foil try (out of aluminum foil) and put the wood chips in it for a smoke source. You can do two turkeys in it slow smoking for 12 hours...

I have one of these. I've only smoked salmon and trout but they come out great. It's a blessing not having to put in coal to keep the smoker at the right temperature. Just gotta put in more wood...
