Just wanted to give a heads up that ATT changed their policy and are charging $36 for upgrades starting today. Not sure if this constitutes as a breach in contract but its worth a shot if you're...

If you are in-contract...it doesn't affect you at all.
Once/if you are out-of-contract...then theres nothing to breach. You just decide whether it's worth it or not to you.

Assuming upgrading fees are added to your monthly bill. Can't you call and claim you were unaware of the fees and can't afford to pay the fees. It works for activation fees.

ATT are a bunch of leeches... I understand costs go up.. but by 100%??? are you serious?? I am not in a contract right now so I will see who has the better...

Geez , typical ATT move , making for an even less than inviting reason to upgrade . My contract is up and Iam heavily leaning towards leaving them as coverage in my area is terrible .
