Will only be valid for areas where ComEd supplies power to, no idea where else that is besides Chicago apparently.
SRP also provides coupons here but nowhere near that much.

I gotta say that I have these and they don't ever last as long as they say. Also I agree that they take a few minutes to get to full brightness.

Man these things are popping up at dirt cheap prices all over the place.
So, even if you've not the biggest fan of CFL bulbs - for $0.1225 a piece it is hard to go wrong.
