I'm tempted to go for this, but I can't find any reviews for the ZT-50304-10M model of this card. The reviews on newegg for the similar ZT-50303-10M card are not very good.

Haha clock speed dont really mean much, but in reality, architecture means more, but yeah, I'd say the 560 ti is about 20-30% fasterthan the 460.

Actually you have that backwards. The architecture difference between the two cards is a 10% difference. The rest is pure clock speeds. It was extremely easy to find that when I searched "460...
