Yeah, 25k miles is worth more than $100 so long as you don't find the redemption inconvenient. Albeit, it used to be worth even more to me when it counted towards the Million Miler status...but...

It definitely stacks with the referral, but no way with Costco or AAA. Just open up the referral link after you've chosen a package, put in your number, then refresh your cart and you'll see both...
