You can transfer points between Chase cards within Ultimate rewards. As long as you have a Sapphire card, I don't see why these points couldn't be transferred to United or contiental.

card companies first dont allow mix and match on business, charge and personal cards, also they dont allow mix and match upgrade/downgrade on rewards, airlines.
