I received mine yesterday with NO ISSUES. Everything was there...the optic cable is cheaply made. They didn't sound as good as I was anticipating.

Both Newegg.com and Turtlebeach weren't able to provide solution to "missing USB power transmitter" issue. OP should add WITHOUT USB POWER TRANSMITTER to the title.
