An excellent tea! I generally stick with PG Tips (about half the price), but this is very good. For where I live, the hard water version is super, but I didn't see that for sale by Amazon.

Been some issues of *superheating* - and can be dangerous. Equally, if the water isn't actually at boiling temperature, or close to it, the tea doesn't steep properly! Ha! That's quite funny.
