That's really not bad at all. You'd be surprised what a refrigerator (and especially electric water heater) uses and whether you've got it in a 1-bedroom or a 5-bedroom abode it still uses a bunch!

Call up dominion if you have JCP&L and you will get .0999 per KWH for the entire year. JCP&L jacks up their rates in the summer and can get as high as .20 per KWH after you use 600 KWH. I think...
