I agree I would also make sure you have a very good backup, and probably do it daily. I would say your drive is slowly on the way out . Since it is a new machine the OEM should warranty the drive...

I tried running that on my windows7 64 pc and the stupid diagnostic software won't let me select the drive for testing..it just remains unhiglighted when I click on it..argh.

Realloacted Sector Count = INVISIBLE bad sectors that have been swapped with reserve sectors. These sectors are NO LONGER VISIBLE to your operating system and as such can NEVER cause any more...
