Ok, the 20$ get automatically deducted from your next video game order. Try signing into your profile on kmart.com and adding a game to your cart and you will see the discount.

there is an additional 5% off for reward members as well.
Edit looks like 5% is already off @ $56.99 the wording on Kmart fb page made it seem that the 5% taken off for sywr members when they sign...
