Ohhh, just thought of this....
If you ordered from Amazon, you can have them send you another card while you hold on to your current one, and they give you 60 days to send the other card back....

is it just video applications or does it happen when everything loads. i know back in the old days, you used to hear squeels/noise form your speakers if the IRQ settings were messed up.

Check to see if any of the cables are being pushed into another fan, or if everything is seated nice and snugly. Worst case scenario, you have a bad fan on the card.
