I have bought 2 refurbished lenovo products. One of them came DOA the other one took about a week til the screen went black. Each time it took about a month to get my money back. Don't be a sucker.

I was able to access these by going through FW, then "outlet" link, then search for "scratch dent ". Don't know if you will get the 4% back, but worth a shot, I believe.
