I purchased a mouse from Logitech's online store for $32.46 (after tax), but ended up returning it for a refund. The refund was issued as a "rebate" check in the mail for the purchase price of the...

When I collect sales tax for my in-state sales through my business I'm acting as an agent for the state and collecting THEIR tax money. I'm paid some small percentage of the tax charged to do so (in...

Me too. Not only is using sales tax to pay for shipping illegal, but retaining sales tax after the product is returned is illegal as well. I'm shocked that Logitech would be stupid enough to allow...

This might make sense until the first couple times he tried resolving the issue with other reps/manager. I'm really interested in how things came to an end here because it's totally illegal if it...

Why did they refund you as a check instead of back to your credit card? Did you take too long to return it? I could see them not refunding the tax portion because the "rebate" check is not tied...

The BBB....hahaha. The BBB is a pay to play site, it's one of the last places I would go. I would send them a certified demand letter. File suit in small claims. I don't see anywhere in their...
