Not knowing your average annual salary and housing market in your area, I would think it may not be wise pay off student loans if you want to buy a home in 3-5 years because you need to pay down...

My friend, this is just me, BUT...... I would pay off the loans with the highest interest rates first ASAP, then pay off the other loans ASAP. Motorcycle loan....I dunno, I would get rid of the bike...

I would clear your mothers loans out first (so she's not on the hook if you lose your job etc) then punch out yours. It doesn't make sense keeping that money in savings when u have so many loans.

Here I would dump comcast ($1200 per year can go to loans), dump the bike loan( $1800 per year can go to other loans), dump the cell unless you need it for work and get a prepaid cell, or at least...
