I was just referring to the BCAA's. It does have the vitamins I suppose, but not the amino's that most people are seeking if they decide to buy designer vitamins instead of your usual one a day.

I have no clue on the quality of the pills, but last week I got these fish oil pills at Costco for $5.89. Per one of the reviews, DHA = 90 mg EPA = 180 mg whereas the GNC ones are about 4x that. ...
