If you're consuming the entire prepared dish, I think you have bigger things to worry about than the sodium. Although if you're burning it all through aerobic activity... you need the sodium!

Very easy to make. I don't really follow the recipe. Cook your meat on the stove and then throw the curry in the same pan at the end. Cook it up hot and you are good to go.
