I realize this is for the D7900 - that's why I made it clear I was talking about the D7000. But my point didn't really have to do with a specific model#. I was giving my real world example, and...

As for the deal itself.. I guess it's a decent one for a NIB product. But FWIW, I got a very YMMV deal on a D7000 TV a few weeks back. Warehouse deals had it for $1,342 - $67 (Chase 5%) = $1,275....

This post is for a D7900 with very different and more robust features than a D7000, this TV is equivalent to the D8000.

Check my other post. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure all of the D7x00 and D8000 use the same panels (the most recent revision being the H303). The differences in micro dimming, contrast, and...

I think the glasses are ~$100 each (the active BT enabled glasses that are compatible with this TV). I think the bezel is slightly different colored and a tad bit larger on the 7900.

Actually, you'd technically earn 4.3917% cash back using the Chase Freedom (77.69/1769) - and that's only if you have spent $0 this quarter on anything that qualified for the cash back. Remember, the...

This is for the D7900, which is the same as the D8000, and so it has a significantly better screen. The D8000 has been ~$1700 on tigerdirect, but this seems like an ok price to get it from amazon...

There was a better deal for the 8000 the other day. Same specs, but comes with glasses.

I got the UN55D7000' it's a 55" TV just so we're clear. I realize it's a lot more now. But I had been watching the prices at Searsoutlet, Amazon Warehouse, and local stores' open box/clearance...

How different is the bezel between this one and the 8000 and how much are the 3d glasses individually? (That seems to be the only difference, unless there are others...?)

Using the Chase Freedom MC would net you 4.3917% which is better than the 3% the Chase Amazon VISA would net you, but only if you have not spent anything on other qualifying purchases this quarter.
