When frys.com advertises two rebates on the same Kaspersky product each of the printed out rebate forms say this very same thing .. yet both rebates do come.

Neither Fry's nor Newegg fulfill the rebates - they use a processing house such as Parago. Any ideas on why one retailer would have better processing than the other?

You've looked at and attached not the submittable, but pdf flyers. If you submitted those rebates, go look at the actual forms you've sent in -- those are the ones I was referring to in my post.

Perhaps he's referring to the fact that Fry's is constantly running dual-rebate products, one of which is usually for upgrades and has additional prerequisites which tend to make them easier to deny,...

Both rebates should work, I have upgraded from last years version from the year before too, got them both. If you notice both ask for UPC, but one ask for original and other says copy, obviously...

from my experiences, i've had a way harder time getting the rebates from fry's than from newegg i do a few of these every year and i stick to the newegg deals

I have the submittable and they also do not state that it cannot be combined. Can you point me to where submittable actually SAY it cannot be combined yet Frys advertised it as so?

Yes, Kaspersky rebates takes atleast 12 weeks for turn around but they always come. If you can live with the long wait, this is good.

i realize that fry's and newegg arent the ones processing the rebates, they source companies that process them having dual rebates had nothing to do with it i just remember 2-3 years ago doing...

Actually it doesn't. I double checked the past 5 Kaspersky combo rebates I've done...ALL of them states that it is combineable with the upgrade rebate. This one does not. Two examples...41586 and...

They say copy page 1 of the manual from a previous copy or a copy of the disk or a competing product, i would assume any other similar product. I would scan both front and back of the disk you got. ...

Here's a recent example: 41501 and 41586. PDF "instructions" say that one is combinable with the other, yet each submittable says "Not valid with any other rebate offer" ... Yes, my 41586...
