This one got 2 position, first one change the date and and second one change the time.

And do so before noon, so that it doesnt change the day at noon then the rest of the month.
It sounds like a big deal but its not.

If the watch doesnt have a month function then you manually have to set the date on the 1st if the month goes less than 31 days.
