I don't plan on reselling so I went with the phone that would have 3G with my carrier (T-mobile). It was between the Radar or the Lumia and with a coin flip, it ended up being the HTC Radar.

Went w/ the HTC Titan. The Focus S is a little too plasticy and the Titan feels pretty solid and still relatively lightweight in my hand considering it's metal construction.

With the reviews and tests. My friends Titan feels a lot better than my Focus S. Speeds are similar, but the overall quality and build went to the Titan. The titan also has a slightly larger screen.

I was too. But ended up being disappointed. Everyone's different though. Hopefully Windows Phone 8 makes a lot of drastic changes so it can be a fully fledged "smartphone" OS.
