Price for the T3i kit is now back up to $799. Chatted with Amazon rep and she said the price was $750 on 4/3. Would not budge for an adjustment.
However, this is still not that bad a deal. If...

Yea I'm sure better deals will come along but isn't that always the case? If you're new to DSLRs, this is a pretty good score.
Grab the whole lot...sell the 70-300 for $400.
That's $680 for...

UGH What to do? I like the idea of the 18-135 for everyday use but the zoom is great for events. Do I just wait or buy with the amazon deal? I hate to spend too much if I don't really need thee...

Whatever you decide on- don't get the 18-55mm lens- even though you might decide on another lens later- at least get a Kit (Bundle) that has the 18-135mm lens - that way you can take closeups and far...

The extra lens in your link is the crappy 75-300. No where near the same league as the 70-300. It's basically worth about $100...so that's not a great deal at all.

The 55-250 has gone for significantly less. (Last week, I was able to grab it for $215.52)
Wait for it to drop again, or hope that the 75-300 comes back in stock. This isn't as good as it could...

Is this deal still alive? I've been thinking about getting the t3i, and this deal would be a perfect excuse to finally buy one.

The Beach Camera deal last week was $851.62 for the T3i, the 18-55m kit lens, the 55-250mm telephoto lens, and a 50mm 1.8. That was better. Hold out longer. T3i prices are crashing.

Well I have never owned a DSLR before- only reason I bought the "3" NIB (shipped from OD- company owned Tech Depot) was because I got a KILLER price on them.
Yes, the T3i's will keep being...
