That computer won't work since it has no motherboard, case, psu, wifi, or legit operating system.

ok, sorry, $30 for a 300w psu and $40 for a garbage mobo. anyone spending nearly a grand on a computer will most likely have an actual copy of windows, or know someone who does. And if you rlly...

Have fun wasting time putting it together, also custom built = plummet future resale value.

I was able to get the deal with no monitor but adding a blu-ray drive at $630 after using the 25% mystery coupon back in March. Two USB 3.0 ports might be good for the future?

I'd say this is a good deal if you are looking for a good monitor as well. But definitely NOT a good gaming system unless you plan on upgrading GPU

don't forget motherboard, PSU, case not that i'm arguing in favor of the deal, i have no interest in a prebuilt pc when i can build my own to my specs  just curious though, how have you...

I recently bought this computer from a friend for $700 (560ti, 16GB Crucial mem, 2TB 7200RPM SATA III, x-fi titanium, etc). Here are some things to consider: -unless I'm nuts, getting USB 3.0 to...

this is a terrible deal. :lmao: yeah there is an i7 2600 but you also have a 6450 and only 8GB of DDR3... You are paying almost $650 for the CPU alone. That 6450 will die trying to throw up...

"thumbs down" voting feedback? That's not very descriptive...
lol this might be a bad deal last year but this year it is a good deal...or you can just wait until the harddrive prices shoot down til you buy one.

I've been waiting for a deal an a Dell XPS Desktop since late January. People said to wait until April since Windows 8 would release and everything would go on sale. This isn't that great of a...

Yea, the case might be around $80. I can't imagine Dell providing a great motherboard so its probably $80 at best. A legit operating system would be around $120-$150. Still not a slick deal. Wifi...

I tried stacking the mystery coupon with it, but it wouldn't allow it. Would have been nice. Anyone else have any luck attempting to stack?

Is it a hot deal? I need to see more experts comment.

And no blu-ray. But is it still a HOT deal?

The only thing worthwhile about this deal is the monitor. If you're a programmer or do similar work the extra screen space is awesome and you probably won't mind the lower end video card. If you plan...

Does the Dell mystery coupon work with this??
Post #49077650 added 04-06-2012 10:14 AM by RyOmA in Archived Deals
Not exactly a "HOT" deal. It is a decent deal at best. Knock off another $100 and you might spark my interest. Maybe it is because I am looking to build a gaming system and when I look at the...

I own one of these already, bought new late last year during a short price mistake w/out monitor but better graphic card and a blu-ray reader deal. I beleive this deal is slightly over-priced due...

Post #49082678 added 04-06-2012 1:33 PM by flatlight in Archived Deals
You still need a case ($40), keyboard/mouse ($20), and operating system ($100). Add those all up and you break even with the Dell. You even have to add 2 hours of your own time to unbox and set...

I would pull the trigger if it wasn't for the weak radeon hd 6450 graphic card... The rest of the system looks great.

$100 off for AmEx tweet.
Post #49077834 added 04-06-2012 10:21 AM by stanav in Archived Deals
It's a decent but not smoking deal. You can get the monitor for around $280. Therefore, the computer is ($950 - $280) = $670 which is a so so deal.
