I ordered that last deal. They are indeed smaller and there are some broken or halves, but there haven't been any stale ones. Unless your are displaying them and care about how they look, they taste...

I regularly get the raw or roasted in the bulk section of my grocery for $2.99/lb - FWIW

for flavored, just as wasabi, this is a good deal, for raw or roasted, then yes, bulk grocery is generally better
a handful of nuts is generally something people enjoy

where exactly is that that is way too cheap unless they are either old stock or very small size, almonds price differs by size the bigger they are the better and more expensive, what kind of quality...

I personally like the taste of the Nice sea salt roasted almonds better than the Blue Diamond ones. No stale almonds yet, as was reported in the last Nice almond deal. Great deal!!
