With android you have to open the rep link in a new window for it to work. Just press down on rep until it gives option to open in new window. Took me a while to figure it out.

Maybe an oversight or technically not possible, but kind of annoying if I want to give thumbs up/down on a thread using my phone and have to go to full site to do it.
Why cannot give thumbs up/down or reps on mobile site?

Because the current mobile site is suppose to be quick and barebone. The next iteration will add more functionality.

You may want to try a different browser. On my Android smartphone I can thumb up/down with the Bolt browser but cannot rep. I can rep in Opera Mini.
