The payment was for wages lost in 2010 and 2011. For other claims in 2010 (not wage related) they never sent any W2 or any tax doc for that matter and i would doubt they would for this. If they don't...

no it seems it was an insurance claim which is not taxable as far as I know if you have a policy to pay you if you are sick 500.00 a week and they do it is not wages so no w-2
