hermano is right. You'll want to choose Vanguard funds which will allow you to put your money into their target retirement fund appropriate for your age.

I just wanted to max out my contribution for 2011. I will look into dollar cost averaging in the future. If I want to max my contribution, would you recommend just putting in ~$415 every month?
