Why get that when you can get the 970 OEM for the same price, since I would assume you'd want an aftermarket HSF to OC it.

it's basically a die-shrunk quad core athlon ii 635 with a little extra L2 and on-board graphics. cpu performance-wise, on that chart, it's exactly where it is expected to be.
