If Dell was not overcharging for RAM there would be some decent deals, but the only thing left in the XPS 8300 with i7 have overpriced RAM installed.
You can do better buying new and adding the RAM....

Depending on what your usage is like. i5 is better than X6 (more on par with the newest 8-core bulldozer actually), but if you want to do more multimedia stuff then the video card is a no brainer.
