unfortunately there no fry's are anywhere near me. Also my budget is not $500 that is what i got for my old ones. I was think of spending up to 2k, I also need an amp right?

AVSForum is great, lots of info to wade through there and lots of opinions... Looks like you have 2 needs; 1 for a AV received and another for 5.1 speakers. $500 is not going to get both...
