Assuming a persons limit is $500, this still isn't a good deal IMHOP. Scratch & Dents and new ones pop up with current gen quad core I-5's for $500 or less. Here's one here. Or for 12 - 44...

I used to use DELL Lattitude with the same processor in my office. Besides being I5 processor it is not much faster then a good Core 2. Also the HD is 320GB SATA (5400rpm). Expect the battery life...

If you don't care about the really weak graphics in Gen1 i5, its a decent deal. Very Solid Build on this laptop and 3yr warranty.
