As long as your slot isn't recessed in the tv it should fit fine. It does "kinda" block surrounding usb ports, but not completely. On my desktop I have 2x2 usb ports, and everything fits "snuggly"....

fyi the rebate says youll get a $5 check but the website says youll get a visa card. I doubt they would send out a visa card for $5 a check is more likely.
