What is the difference from the gourmet one? It is currently $71 so $6 cheaper for the gourmet twinpack of 5lbs. I just bought the elite rich chocolate and it mixes well and taste good.

Price isn't bad, especially for a primarily isolate blend with an excellent profile, and the Dyma-Burn which is $20 from BB.. If you actually have some use for the Dyma-Burn this is extremely slick....
