They calculate before MQ's and CVS MFR Q's but they calculate after any other CVS Q's.
In your example it would take off $2 (this assumes your $10 price for the item is regular price, not a sale...

Thanks, rydergal. Looks like we are at the mercy of cashiers when it comes to this kind of coupon. My fav cashier never gives me any trouble with coupons. It's the grouchy ones that I'm afraid of.

How do you get the ECB from the green tag? Is it on the bottom of the receipt or from the machine? I've gotten 4 already and i haven't received my $1 ECB and so i've just given up on scanning it. =/
