Goodwill $2 YMMV. Target C9 $8 clearance price. Better quailty at ROSS $6-10. All B&M deals and YMMV.

$20+ isn't the norm at ROSS. Checkout TJMaxx, Marshells, and etc.

Dropped by Ross the other day, they were were all $20ish. Not sure what was going on. YMMV I suppose. Hoping for some good outdoor store deals. Also good to buy in bulk for bigger discounts.
