FYI, if this is hard copy of the game, it will take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive to you. In addition, majority of credit cards will charge you international usage fee. Doesn't look like a super good...

Depends on if you want him to play it right on release date. If so, buying directly from blizzard is your best bet. Buying from other places, although will be cheaper, cannot guarantee you getting it...
